ScottI have been vegan for six years now. I first got into it after researching into how my food is produced. I found it upsetting to see how animals are abused on the invalid basis they are required for nutrition. My aim is to prove the suffering of animals is not necessary to be healthy and strong.

I’ve proved to myself that I can be vegan and healthy, so now the challenge is to prove it to everyone else.

Training with MVS is something I should have done a long time ago. Since training with the crew I have seen big increases in my strength and confidence. It’s fantastic being able to train with a great group of people who share my ideals and don’t criticise me for my decisions.
