The strongest vegans in the world

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

The 2009 Vegan Strength Table, where vegans around the world can post their powerlifting numbers, has just been posted at

When the table began in 2004 the total of the top 10 lifters was 4,652.5kgs, it is now sitting on 6,236.5kgs and will no doubt rise more in 2009. The table is currently led by Jr with a big 715kg total (250kg squat, 185kg bench press and 280kg deadlift).

No MVS participants are currently in the top 10, though this is set to change with Hardcore Iv and Hannibal both gunning for 600kg plus totals.
